Description
Manuscript note from Capt O T Webber, Royal Engineers, written from Bloemfontein to his family in Kellyville during the Boer War, 18 Nov 1900. Capt Webber says that the Boers will no longer fight but are content to blow up railways and so on, so he wonders how they will be stopped. From a collection of letters and other papers from Capt Oswald Webber, Royal Engineers, to his family from 1895 to 1901. Associated with the Boer War (1899-1902).
