Description
Envelope relating to a letter from Gertrude Brown to Tom Sadler, explaining that her son was in the same trench raid as Tom Sadler’s brother, Pte Jack Sadler and is also missing, enquires if he has had any news, dated 14 Aug 1916. Associated with D Coy 15th Warwickshire Regiment. Associated with World War One, Western Front (1914-1918). Sadler’s family lived in Birmingham and in Staffordshire, and were involved in the manufacturing industry.
