Description
Manuscript note from Capt O T Webber, Royal Engineers, written from Bloemfontein to his family in Kellyville during the Boer War, 16 Dec 1900. Capt Webber seems disillusioned with everything as the Boers show no signs of giving in and no decisions seem to be being made by the British officers in charge. From a collection of letters and other papers from Capt Oswald Webber, Royal Engineers, to his family from 1895 to 1901. Associated with the Boer War (1899-1902).
