Description
Petition signed by Sir Thomas Morgan to the King, representing that his salary as Governor of Jersey cannot be funded from the Royal revenues on Jersey once other charges have been levied; he therefore requests that he be awarded a further grant on the revenue; read at Whitehall, 21 Jul 1670.
