Description
Instruction, signed by King Charles II and Lord Arlington, to the Commissary General of the Musters to the effect that Sir Thomas Morgan, although his period of leave from Jersey has been extended for two months, is still to be passed on the muster of the garrison there, dated 2 Feb 1671.
