Description
Ms letter written to Andrew Caldwell from Dublin, 17th June 1794. Cockburn accompanied the regiment to Newry to meet the ship. He is pleased the Admiral escaped (from the conflict) as he believed the French had killed or wounded many of his men. Details of commissions obtained by other acquaintances. Mentions he owes money to John Moore.
