Description
Warrant, signed by King Charles II and A Trevor, to Sir Thomas Morgan to increase the salary of lieutenant governor on Jersey, Major Roger Manley, by disbanding two soldiers in each of the three companies in garrison on the island and awarding him their pay, dated 2 May 1671. From a collection of papers of Maj Gen Thomas Morgan, 1655-1677.
