One of four pages of a copy letter from Maj Gen Sir George Nugent to John Sullivan, relating to the problems that the near total French evacuation of St Domingo had caused with the prisoners in Jamaica, and asks for assistance to transport them to England, Jamaica, 19 Dec 1803. From a collection of miscellaneous correspondence relating to the Jamaica, Vol 1, 1803-1805. Associated with Maj Gen Sir George Nugent.
