Description
Valley of Baidar with Prince Petrowski's Shooting Lodge. Coloured lithograph by J Needham after Capt Thomas Longworth Dames, Royal Artillery, nd. Published by Day and Son, 11 Aug 1856. Brought to England by Ens Edmund Leach who was at the Siege of Sevastopol, later serving in the Maori War, New Zealand in the Royal West Kent Regiment. Associated with the Crimean War (1854-1856).
