Manuscript letter to Mrs Frances Falck from Sir William Lemon, Carclew, Cornwall, 14 Nov 1812. Telling Mrs Falck of involvement of Edward Augustus, the Duke of Kent and Strathern in the matter of the sale of her son's ensigncy. From a collection of papers relating to the service and death of Mrs Falck's son, Lt Niels Falck at the Battle of Salamanca, Peninsular War (1808-1814), 22 July 1812.
