Description
Strap, 1943; khaki webbing, stamped in black with the maker’s name, ‘ECD FINNIGAN’S LTD 1943’. One end is bound with brass, the other end is stitched around an iron buckle, which has been painted black; strap is threaded through a clipped cornered brown leather pad; probably for securing tools or accessories to vehicles.
