‘Recover’, The Grenadier’s Exercise, 1735 (c) One of 17 plates from a volume of coloured etchings, 'The Granadiers Exercise of the Granade', by Bernard Lens, published 1735. The figure of a British grenadier in mitre cap adopting a drill position with musket recovered. Associated with the 1st Regiment of Foot Guards, 1735 (c).
