Mustard spoon, 1900 (c). Silver plate, no details, 1900 (c). From the regimental silver, 5th Bn 2nd Punjab Regiment, 1880-1930 (c). Associated with the 27th Madras Infantry and the Indian Army. Inscribed, '27'. Hemispherical bowl with pointed trefoil join to handle. Stem is ribbed front and back with a teardrop-shaped handle from a florally moulded stem. Upon the back are plate-makers' marks.
