Letter from Lt Col Henry Murray, 18th Hussars, to his wife Emily, Palencia, 6 Jul 1813. Murray is still bedridden, and has received no news from his regiment, not even knowing the location of their headquarters. Discusses the death of Harry Cadogan at Vitoria. From a collection of twenty-two manuscript letters. Written by Lt Col Henry Murray, 18th Hussars, to his wife Emily, 1813-1815.
