Manuscript letter from Capt O T Webber, Royal Engineers, written from Bloemfontein to his family in Kellyville, during the Boer War, 17 Feb 1901. Capt Webber believes that the colonial Dutchmen are starting to realise that de Wet is more concerned with himself than their cause. From a collection of letters and other papers from Capt Oswald Webber, Royal Engineers, to his family from 1895 to 1901. Associated with the Boer War (1899-1902).
