Letter from Dr Alexander Cumming at Scutari to Dr John Hall, Inspector General of Hospitals Army of the East, 18 Aug 1855. ‘You have so flooded me with sick that I see but little probability of my being able to send you professional aid for a week or two.’ From a collection of correspondence received by Sir John Hall, Inspector General of Hospitals in Crimea, 1854-1856.
