Bearing the following information: 'J G PLUMB [and] CO MILITARY OUTFITTERS 117, VICTORIA ST. WESTMINSTER MR C A SWETTENHAM [sic] NO 1606 W H.' At centre back waist edge, two black composition buttons bearing the tailor's name: C J COLE COLCHESTER.
