Helmet plate, 22nd Bombay Native Infantry, 1860 (c)-1885 Brass, rayed, four-pointed star with Guelphic crown; with the regimental number, ‘22’ in the centre, within a garter bearing the unit title, ‘Bombay Native Infantry’. Associated with 22nd Bombay Native Infantry (1824-1885). From the J L Chapple Indian Army Collection.
