Sworn statement by Pte Hilderman, 52nd Canadians, regarding the shooting of Pte J Desborough, 2nd Bn Suffolk Regiment, while working with a working party at a munitions factory near Minden. From a file of papers described as ‘Coal Mines, Salt Mines & Camps etc’. One of eight files consisting mostly of sworn statements, sent to the Government Committee on the Treatment by the Germans of British Prisoners of War, by courts of enquiry held at The Hague, Holland, Mar-June 1918.
