One of two pugri caps or khullas, Honourable East India Company, possibly 11th Bengal Cavalry, worn by Sgn John Henry Sylvester, Bombay Medical Service, 1870 (c). Scarlet, embroidered with foliate design in gold and silver diagonal pattern.
