Manuscript notes in an unknown hand apparently taken from an article in the Madrid Gazette of 13 February 18??.
Notes refer to tensions between the Duchy of Warsaw and Russia, threatening the peace terms set by the 1807 Treaties of Tilsit, by which Prussia ceded territory to create the Duchy of Warsaw. The notetaker takes issue with the assertions made in the article.
From a collection of papers relating to Gen Sir Galbraith Lowry Cole; associated with the Peninsular War (1808-1814) and the Napoleonic Wars, Waterloo (1815).
