Telegram: Post Office Telegraphs. Sent from Cape Town on the 4 Apr 1901 and received later that day by Mrs Jeaffreson. It informs her that her nephew Tpr Roche was wounded at Boshof but that there is no danger to life. From a collection of papers associated with Tpr Richard de Rupe Roche, 50th Imperial Yeomanry, Boer War (1899-1902).
