Telegram: Post Office Telegraphs. Sent by the War Office in London on the 4 Apr 1901 and received later that day by Mrs Jeaffreson. It informs her that her nephew Tpr Roche was 'dangerously wounded' at Boshof but that he is progressing well. From a collection of papers associated with Tpr Richard de Rupe Roche, 50th Imperial Yeomanry, Boer War (1899-1902).
