Implementation Force (IFOR) Military Police brassard, 1995 (c). From uniform worn by Capt Andrew Michael Banks, Military Police, Croatia/Bosnia 1995 and Albania 1999. Khaki camouflage pattern, cotton drill. Worn by Captain Banks whilst serving as second-in-command of 101 Military Police Unit (IFOR) in Bosnia and Croatia during Operation RESOLUTE I. Flat lower edge of 23.5 cm tapers to a narrow flat upper edge of 6.5 cm. Black elastic attached to tabs at sides of lower edge. Elastic is stapled at centre back to form a circle. Badge, 7 cm x 11 cm with letters: 'MP' in black felted wool sewn onto red felted wool background on lower front; badge, 20 cm x 7.5 cm consisting of blue and white shield with: 'IFOR' embroidered in blue thread on white background on middle front; badge, 4 cm x 2 cm, union flag on upper front.
