Description
One of two pugri caps, Honourable East India Company, possibly 11th Bengal Cavalry, worn by Sgn John Henry Sylvester, Bombay Medical Service, 1870 (c). Gold embroidery, worked with silver, green and crimson flower pattern. Orange and blue silkwork on welt. Purple and black flowered lining.
