Letter, (draft ?), 3 Sept 1903, from Arthur Coles to Sir Arthur Hardinge, regarding arrangements for officers’ rations. Hardinge was HM Commissioner and Consul-General in British East Africa Protectorate (1896-1900). From papers associated with Col Arthur Horsman Coles, 1885-1905.
