Mainly correspondence between Meyneel (Vivian's solicitor) and Attree, solicitors of the vendors, the Trustees of the will of Henry O'Reilly Hoey. The purchase seems to have been completed on 12 Oct 1868, for the sum of L3,100. From a collection of papers associated with the Vivian Family and Sir Robert John Hussey Vivian, 1862-1922.
