Description
One of a set of eleven garlands presented to Sir Claude and Lady Gidney whilst Sir Claude was British representative in Hyderabad State from 1938 to 1944, made in Hyderabad State, 1940 (c). Textile and metal. Gold and silver garland with two medallions of gold and silver sequins from which gold tassels are suspended; centrally a bunch of gold tassels.
