Letter sent to Douglas McKie from Dorothy E Pike, March 1917. Discusses his imminent departure for France. With envelope. From a collection of letters and miscellaneous papers returned to the family of Douglas McKie, Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers following his death. McKie was killed at the Battle of Arras, 1917. Associated with World War One, Western Front (1914-1918).
