Draft conveyance of 10 Eaton Gardens to Vivian from William Willet, 1883. 
Relating to the transaction whereby Vivian exchanged with William Willet 15 Wilbury Road, Hove, for 10 Eaton Gardens, Hove. The price of Eaton Gardens was £4600, of which £300 was paid in cash, and the remainder by the transfer of the Wilbury Road house. In addition, Vivian's lease to Willet of part of the latter property was cancelled, and Willet put up Vivian's fittings in his new house for £200. The transaction was completed on 18 Jul 1883.
