Description

King George V Coronation Medal 1911. Awarded to Maj Gen Euston Henry Sartorius, Army Staff. Mounted upon a bar with brooch fastening. From a medal group awarded to Capt (later Maj Gen) Euston Henry Sartorius, 59th (2nd Nottinghamshire) Regiment, who won the Victoria Cross during the 2nd Afghan War (1878-1880).
