Typescript letter to Capt Phillips from Douglas McGarel Hogg, Attorney General, Royal Courts of Justice, 25 May 1927. Mr Hogg apologises for missing Capt Phillips' visit to the House and expresses sympathy that Capt Phillips is unwell. From a collection of documents and papers relating to the service and career of Lt Col Randolph Warrington Phillips, OBE, from 1915 to World War Two.
