Inventory description: Manuscript warrant issued by Philip Williams JP in the County of Brecon, 7 May 1782; orders the Petty Constable of the Lower Division of Ystradgynlais to seize goods to the value of £10 from Rees Llewelin who, although chosen by lot as a Private in the Militia, has neither enrolled nor found a substitute; together with a declaration by the Petty Constable that he was unable to find sufficient goods to raise this sum, dated 20 Jun 1782.
