Bound manuscript book by Cpl John Fisher, 1 Bn Rifle Brigade. The account contains memoirs of Fisher's service in the Crimea and was probably written in the 1860's from another version. It is written in the form of questions and answers between Fisher and his children. The Alma, Inkerman and Balaklava, Crimean War (1854-1856) are all described and finished shortly before the Fall of Sevastopol.
