Inventory description: Bound manuscript book by Cpl John Fisher, 1 Bn Rifle Brigade; the account contains memoirs of Fisher's service in the Crimea and was probably written in the 1860's from another version; it is written in the form of questions and answers between Fisher and his children; the Alma, Inkerman and Balaklava, Crimean War (1854-1856) are all described and finished shortly before the Fall of Sevastopol.
