Khaki woollen fabric 4 inches by 94 1/2 inches. At one end a khaki woollen tape strap 7/8 inch by 51 inches. Manufacturer's label at one end bears the following details: Fox Wellington Somerset "F.I.P" Patent 14214-1909. At other end a small flat brass stud bearing the manufacturer's title: Fox, and on one stud the letter: R and on the other the letter: L. Label bears the name: Anthony F Lloyd. White cotton tape loop stamped: L 560.
