Ms Letter by Lawrence Lockhart Maxwell to Walter. He opens the letter by discussing how he has to pack up camp. He writes about having to ship onto a train, horses mules and loaded wagons. Lawrence ends the letter by saying they are 1200 strong with about 40 officers, saying they hope to move south soon.
