TS Letter from Lawrence to his Father, Thomas Maxwell. He opens the letter by stating that he has sent a letter by runner but if it has not reached him then he will include a summary in this letter. He briefly mentions his wounding and recovering. He also mentions that his mother may write to the farmer thanking him for looking after him and the other wounded men. He also refers to F and E, presumably his brother Francis and Eustance Maxwell.
