Rules and regulations given such as maintaining silence in the ranks to allow for words of command to be given loud and distinct; the use of the trumpet in commands and cautions, movements of large bodies of Cavalry. From a collection of papers of Lt Col Sir Henry Murray of the period 1813-1860 (c). Associated with the Battle of Waterloo (1815).
