Collar, shirt, officers’, Royal Bombay Sappers and Miners, worn by Lt D P Bennett, 1944 (c). Very dark khaki lightweight wool. For attaching to shirt. very dark khaki lightweight wool. On underside of each front a pocket of self fabric for attaching stiffeners (now absent). Collar band has a buttonhole on each front and at centre back. Stitched in yellow on collar band the following: RBIS.
