Shoulder flash worn by Miss Georgina Johnstone, 1962-1963. Khaki background with white embroidered Arabic lettering. Worn by Miss Johnstone whilst working for the medical services in the Jordanian Arab Army in Amman, she was ranked as Major during this posting and was helping set up a nursing school.
