Cummerbund from mess dress uniform of Col Andrew Jeffrey Pinion, Royal Regiment of Artillery 1981 (c). Black silk body. At one end on underside, three white metal hooks for attaching to twenty one worked loops in groups of three on outside at other end. White nylon lining. Patch pocket 3.5 in x 4 7/8 in at centre front.
