Two webbing waistbelts, 1944 pattern, used by Lieutenant Andrew Pinion, 45 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery, 1963-1966 Andrew Pinion was posted to Malaya in June 1963 and was issued 1944 pattern webbing while there. With a row of holes with metal rings towards the top of both belts; one has protuding buckles towards the centre; the other belt is plain but one side has ridges to give texture. Handwritten on the back of both belts, 'PINION', stamped on the back of the belt with protruding buckles in three places, 'M 1961 [broad arrow] CN 2002 N'. Associated with the service of Col Andrew Jeffrey Pinion, Royal Artillery.
