Black plastic waterbottle, 1958 pattern, with webbing pouch. Owned by Col Andrew Jeffrey Pinion's service, Royal Artillery. The top of the waterbottle was manufactured in 1969, the bottom in 1964. Printed in ink on the underside of the case lid, '973 - 601D Pinion'; in raised letters on the plastic bottle, 'Keep Away From Heat or Flame [broad arrow] CAT. No. 973 - 6665 1964 F and G'; in raised letters on the top of the waterbottle, 'Keep Away From Heat or Flame [broad arrow] CAT. No 973 - 6904 1969 F and G'; scratched by hand into the top of the waterbottle, 'Ogshead'.
