Large pack, 1958 pattern web equipment, 1965 (c). Manufactured by M Wright & Sons, 1965 Associated with the service of Col Andrew Jeffrey Pinion. Opens at the top and is closed by a flap secured by two straps and buckles. On the rear panel of the pack is a white patch for personal identification markings. Printed in black ink on the underside of the flap, 'M.W.&S 1965 [broad arrow] / C.N. 120-7157 / [broad arrow] O?83'. Handwritten in blue ink on the sewn on patch, 'A.J.Pinion'.
